John and Sherlock met at school, and were a bit more than friends. But they didn't stay in touch afterwards. Life goes on, and when John returns from Afghanistan, he takes a position at Barts as a trauma specialist, working in the Emergency Department. As he reports for work one day, a man jumps off the roof of the hospital. John's world tilts on its axis.

What I mean: I was on Tumblr blogging until 3am because Dan and Phil posted a skit in honor of "no but seriously imagine it" and Fall Out Boy played at the same show as My Chemical Romance for the first time in 17 years and My Chemical Romance played The Black Parade in full in album order and it was all on the anniversary of the first day Dan and Phil met in person 🖤
